Have minimally 2+ years of recruitment experience, ideally within manufacturing, engineering, operations, or supply chain sectors

What You’ll Do

Source mid–senior manufacturing professionals through cold-calling, LinkedIn outreach, networking, and market mapping

Manage end-to-end recruitment processes: screening, coordinating interviews, guiding candidates, collecting feedback, negotiating packages, and closing offers

Conduct active business development — frequent client meetings, pitching, cold outreach, and delivering up-to-date market insights

Build strong networks across manufacturing leadership (Engineering Managers, Operations Directors, Supply Chain Leads, Plant Managers) within global manufacturers and industrial companies

Convert strong market relationships into long-term commercial partnerships
