What We’re Looking For

We’re hiring a Senior Consultant to take ownership of our .NET contract market, placing contractors across:

• C# / .NET

• ASP.NET / .NET Core

• Azure & Cloud Engineering

• API / Microservices

• Full-Stack (C# + JavaScript/React/Angular)

• Backend & Enterprise System Development

To thrive, you’ll bring:

• 2+ years’ experience in contract or tech recruitment

• A strong track record of consistent contract billings

• Experience recruiting in .NET or broader software engineering markets

• Confidence in business development and winning new projects

• Experience managing contractors and running full compliance cycles

• Ability to build a profitable niche with real autonomy

• Excellent stakeholder management with senior engineers & hiring managers

• A commercial mindset with ambition to progress into leadership

Experience with adjacent markets (Azure, DevOps, JavaScript, or Data Engineering) is a bonus.

Your Responsibilities

• Build and scale a specialist 360 .NET contract desk, supported by warm accounts

• Win new business through outreach, networking, events & market positioning

• Create and manage a high-performing contractor network within .NET

• Lead full lifecycle processes - onboarding, compliance, time sheets, renewals

• Develop long-term partnerships with software leaders, CTOs & tech managers

• Work closely with an experienced tech team to drive revenue and market share

• Strengthen Gravitas’ brand presence in the UK .NET contract market
