Who We’re Looking For
We’re looking for a Senior Permanent Product Recruitment Consultant who:

Wants to work a warm 360 perm desk with active clients and repeat business
-
Wants to join a reputable, energetic, ambitious team of technology recruiters
-
Is looking to grow their specialisation in Product / Technology with the backing of an internationally recognised brand
-
Wants transparent promotion opportunities and a clear, achievable commission structure

Has at least 2 years’ experience in technology recruitment

Is or has the drive to be a top biller and a future leader

What You’ll Do

Source mid-to-senior Product / Technology candidates via networking, cold-calling, LinkedIn outreach, and industry events

Manage end-to-end recruitment processes - scheduling interviews, collecting feedback, negotiating salaries, and closing offers

Drive business development - build long-term relationships, win new accounts, and provide clients with market insights
-
Collaborate with your team to expand Gravitas’ footprint in the Product / Technology permanent market
