Senior Technology Recruiter

We are looking for experienced recruiters who can bring their technology recruitment expertise, market knowledge, and established network within the Tech sector to join our high-performing Technology team.

You will be joining an international recruitment firm with 8 global offices (London, Hong Kong, Singapore, Germany, Amsterdam, Shenzhen) that has specialised in Technology, Insurance, and Banking for the past 14 years. Our leaders are true specialists with deep technical market understanding and long-standing client relationships that cover nearly the entire tech landscape — you will be in very good hands.

  • Have 2+ years of experience in Technology recruitment with a proven billing record

  • Are fluent in Cantonese

  • Ideally have experience in business development

  • Are eager to learn, take feedback, and continually improve

What You’ll Do

  • Source mid–senior technology talent through cold-calling, LinkedIn outreach, networking, and market mapping to meet client needs

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including interview coordination, feedback management, salary negotiation, and offer closing

  • Conduct active business development — securing new clients through meetings, cold outreach, and delivering valuable market insights

  • Build strong, specialised networks with Senior Managers, Directors, CTOs, CIOs, and Tech Leaders across MNCs, tech firms, startups, and Fortune 500 companies

  • Convert relationships into long-term commercial partnerships
