What You’ll Do

Source mid–senior technology professionals through cold-calling, LinkedIn outreach, networking, and market mapping

Manage end-to-end recruitment processes: screening, coordinating interviews, guiding candidates, collecting feedback, negotiating packages, and closing offers

Conduct active business development — frequent client meetings, pitching, cold outreach, and delivering up-to-date market insights

Build strong networks across technology leadership (CTOs, Engineering Managers, Product Leads, Data Science Directors) within tech companies, fintechs, and startups

Convert strong market relationships into long-term commercial partnerships
