As a Recruitment Consultant, you will:

Source mid-senior candidates within your specialisation, becoming an industry expert by cold-calling, LinkedIn messaging, and networking to meet your client's needs

Manage end-to-end interview processes, coordinating interviews, collecting feedback, negotiating salaries, and securing the offer
-
Perform active business development, bringing in new clients through frequent client meetings, cold-calling, and providing market insight and knowledge, building long term relationships

Build strong networks within your specialisation with Senior Managers, Directors, and CEOs of MNCs and Fortune 500 Companies, converting them into commercial opportunities

Have the opportunity to build and develop your own recruitment business, leveraging on Gravitas mentorship, support, and training to make it a success
