Liaising closely with our Clients to find the best candidates for their firm
Providing a positive working relationship with both clients and candidates to influence them to see Gravitas as the Recruitment Partner of Choice
Attend networking events, developing business to build up an established, long-lasting client base
Liaise with industry leaders and become a market specialist
Contribute to our high performance sales culture – the role is 80% attitude and 20% skill – we will nurture your development at every stage of your career and equip you with dedicated training to become the very best!
