The Opportunity
As a Graduate Recruitment Consultant, you will receive comprehensive training whilst learning how to build and manage your own specialist recruitment desk.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Identifying and engaging talented professionals through networking, referrals, market research, and social media.
- Building strong relationships with candidates and clients.
- Managing recruitment processes from initial engagement through to successful placement.
- Developing business development and consultative sales skills.
- Learning how to advise clients on hiring strategies and market trends.
- Working closely with senior consultants and directors within a high-performing team environment.
- Building your professional network across the insurance sector.
What We're Looking For
We're interested in speaking with individuals who are:
- Minimum requirement of Bachelor's Degree
- Ambitious and motivated to build a successful career.
- Strong communicators who enjoy building relationships.
- Commercially minded and results-oriented.
- Resilient, adaptable, and eager to learn.
- Passionate about personal and professional development.
- Experienced in B2B sales, business development, customer-facing sales, or similar environments (preferred but not essential).
Previous recruitment experience is not required. We hire for attitude, potential, and a willingness to learn.
