- End-to-end recruitment: Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and interviewing to successful placement.

- Candidate engagement: Build long-term relationships with candidates, offering career guidance and market insights.
- Sales and business development: Identify new opportunities, expand client portfolios, and contribute to the growth of Gravitas Recruitment.
- Market expertise: Stay ahead of industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor activity to advise clients and candidates effectively.
- Ideally prior recruitment experience, with a preference for those who have worked in technology recruitment.
