No recruitment experience? No problem. We'll provide the training, support and development needed to help you become a successful specialist recruiter within some of Europe's most exciting technology markets.

You'll be based in our Manchester headquarters while working closely with clients and candidates across Germany or the Netherlands, helping some of the region's most innovative businesses hire exceptional technology talent.

You'll join a high-performance environment with a supportive leadership team that understands exactly what it takes to succeed, having progressed from Graduate Recruitment Consultant level themselves.
What You'll Be Doing
- Building relationships with clients and candidates across Germany or the Netherlands
- Managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing talent through to offer acceptance
- Conducting interviews and candidate consultations in German, Dutch and English
- Using LinkedIn, networking, headhunting and business development techniques to identify top talent
- Generating new business opportunities and building client partnerships
- Becoming a market expert within your specialist technology sector
- Managing multiple recruitment processes and delivering exceptional customer service
- Building and growing your own specialist recruitment desk

Who We're Looking For
- Recent graduates from any degree discipline OR sales experience
- Fluent German and English speakers OR Fluent Dutch and English speakers
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Stage 1: Initial telephone conversation with our Talent Acquisition team
Stage 2: Video interview with our Talent Acquisition team
Stage 3: Final face-to-face assessment process at our Manchester office, including a two-stage interview with business leaders
