What you'll be doing
As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you will:
- Source and engage mid-to-senior level professionals across specialist Technology, Banking, Insurance, and Digital markets.
- Build relationships with candidates through networking, LinkedIn outreach, referrals, and market mapping activities.
- Manage recruitment processes from initial contact through to offer acceptance, including interview coordination, feedback management, salary negotiation, and offer delivery.
- Develop relationships with international clients, becoming a trusted advisor on talent market trends and hiring strategies.
- Generate new business opportunities through client meetings, networking, and market research.
- Build a strong professional network with hiring managers, senior leaders, directors, and C-suite stakeholders across multinational organisations.
- Learn how to develop and grow your own specialist recruitment desk with the support of experienced managers and market-leading training programmes.
