The Opportunity
We're looking for an experienced Senior Product Recruiter to take ownership of and further develop our specialist Product recruitment offering in London.
This is a high-impact role with significant autonomy, ideal for someone who enjoys building a niche, developing strategic client relationships, and becoming a recognised expert within the Product community.
You'll have the opportunity to work across a broad range of Product disciplines, supporting some of the most exciting technology businesses, scale-ups, and enterprise organisations in the market.
This isn't a cold start. Alongside existing Product vacancies, you'll have the opportunity to leverage 16 years of Software Engineering client partnerships built by Gravitas. With access to a mature technology customer base, you'll be ideally positioned to expand existing accounts, open Product conversations, and establish yourself as the go-to recruiter in the space.
With the backing of an established Technology brand and international network, you'll have the platform to create something truly special while accelerating your progression towards leadership.
What You'll Do
- Develop and grow a specialist Product recruitment desk, covering permanent and contract opportunities.
- Lead from the front through business development, client meetings, networking, and market mapping.
- Build long-term relationships with key stakeholders including Chief Product Officers, Product Directors, Heads of Product, Product Managers, and Product Leaders.
- Deliver high-quality recruitment solutions across a range of positions including:
- Product Managers
- Senior Product Managers
- Group Product Managers
- Product Directors
- Chief Product Officers
- Product Designers and Product Operations professionals
- Become a recognised market specialist by building a strong network across the Product ecosystem.
- Collaborate with Gravitas' wider Technology teams to identify and maximise cross-functional opportunities.
- Contribute to a high-performance, knowledge-sharing culture within the London office.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 2 year's 360 recruitment experience,
- Experience placing Product professionals or a genuine passion for building a Product-focused market.
- Proven track record in business development and client relationship management.
- Ability to operate autonomously while contributing positively to a team environment.
- Strong consultative and relationship-led approach.
- Ambition to build a market, develop expertise, and progress your career within a high-growth international business.
- Excellent communication, networking, and stakeholder management skills.
