The Opportunity
We're looking for a Senior Data Recruiter to help grow our Data practice from our Leeds office.
This role offers a unique balance of autonomy and support.
You'll have the opportunity to develop your own market within a specialist area that continues to see significant investment across industries, while benefiting from Gravitas' established reputation and extensive technology client network.
Over the last 16 years, we've built long-standing relationships with technology leaders, hiring managers, and growing businesses across the UK and internationally. Many of these organisations have ongoing demand for Data talent, creating opportunities to expand existing partnerships while developing new client relationships.
You'll be joining a collaborative environment where knowledge-sharing is encouraged, ideas are valued, and recruiters are trusted to make decisions that help them succeed.

What You'll Be Doing
- Developing and growing a specialist Data recruitment desk across permanent and contract hiring.
- Building relationships with Data leaders, Heads of Data, Data Directors, CTOs, Engineering Leaders, and hiring managers.
- Partnering with both existing Gravitas clients and new customers across the technology landscape.
- Recruiting across areas including:
- Data Engineering
- Data Analytics
- Business Intelligence
- Data Science
- Machine Learning
- Artificial Intelligence
- Data Architecture
- Data Leadership
- Developing long-term relationships with candidates and clients.
- Identifying new business opportunities and growing existing partnerships.
- Becoming a recognised specialist within the Data market.
- Collaborating with colleagues across Technology recruitment to maximise opportunities and share market insights.
- Contributing to a positive, high-performing culture within the Leeds office.
What We're Looking For
- A minimum of 2 years' 360 recruitment experience.
- Experience within Technology recruitment is advantageous but not essential.
- A strong interest in the Data and Technology market.
- Experience building client relationships and developing new business opportunities.
- A consultative approach to working with candidates and clients.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- The ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
- Ambition to continue developing your career within a growing international business.
