As we continue to invest in our regional growth strategy, we're looking for an ambitious Business Manager to establish and scale our Technology Contract offering from our Leeds office.

This is not a role where you're inheriting a fully built team and simply maintaining performance.

You'll join with the backing of an established international brand, proven infrastructure, and existing client relationships, but you'll have the freedom to shape the Leeds Technology Contract business from the ground up.

You'll have access to legacy clients and warm relationships within the region, but how you grow the business, develop the team, and establish Gravitas as a leading Technology Contract player in Yorkshire will be largely driven by you.
What You'll Be Responsible For
- Launching and growing the Leeds Technology Contract division.
- Developing and executing the strategy for your market and specialism.
- Leveraging existing client relationships while identifying and winning new business opportunities.
- Building a high-performing contract recruitment team as the business grows.
- Driving revenue, profitability, and market share across your division.
- Leading from the front through business development, networking, and client engagement.
- Creating a culture of accountability, collaboration, and high performance.
- Coaching and developing consultants as you build your team.
- Acting as the key Technology Contract leader within the Leeds office.
- Working closely with senior leadership while maintaining significant autonomy over your market.
Who We're Looking For
This role is ideal for someone who's reached a stage in their career where they want more than just a billing or management title.

You'll Bring:
- Proven success within a 360 recruitment environment, ideally within Technology Contract recruitment.
- Strong business development and client management experience.
- A track record of building relationships and generating revenue.
- Previous leadership, mentoring, or team development experience.
- Commercial awareness and the ability to identify growth opportunities.
- A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset.
- The ambition to build and scale a successful business area over the long term.
