What You'll Be Doing
- Partnering with leading Financial Services, FinTech, and Technology clients across Asia
- Building and managing relationships with high-calibre technology professionals
- Delivering end-to-end recruitment solutions for key hiring projects
- Developing your own market expertise and personal brand
- Identifying new business opportunities and growing client partnerships
- Working in a collaborative, high-performance environment with industry-leading training and support
Who We're Looking For
- 1-3 years of recruitment, sales, business development
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Commercially driven, ambitious, and results-oriented mindset
- Passion for technology, financial services, and connecting talent with opportunity
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and target-driven environment
Bonus Points If You Have
- Experience recruiting within Technology, Financial Services, FinTech, Digital, or Software markets
- A proven track record of achieving or exceeding performance targets
- Experience working in agency recruitment
