Recruitment Consultant

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-end recruitment: Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and interviewing to successful placement.
• Client partnerships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with technology and financial services clients, delivering tailored hiring solutions.
• Candidate engagement: Build long-term relationships with candidates, offering career guidance and market insights.
• Sales and business development: Identify new opportunities, expand client portfolios, and contribute to the growth of Gravitas Recruitment.
• Market expertise: Stay ahead of industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor activity to advise clients and candidates effectively.

Requirements

• Ideally prior recruitment experience
• Sales-driven individuals with strong commercial acumen are welcome to apply.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
