If You…

Have 2+ years of recruitment experience, ideally within Retail or Investment Banking, and Front, Middle, or Back Office roles
-
Are fluent in Cantonese
-
Ideally have experience in business development

What You’ll Do

Source mid–senior banking professionals through cold-calling, LinkedIn outreach, networking, and market mapping

Manage end-to-end recruitment processes: screening, coordinating interviews, guiding candidates, collecting feedback, negotiating packages, and closing offers

Conduct active business development — frequent client meetings, pitching, cold outreach, and delivering up-to-date market insights

Build strong networks across banking leadership (CFOs, Heads of Retail, Investment Banking Directors, Front/Middle/Back Office leaders) within global banks, investment firms, and financial institutions

Convert strong market relationships into long-term commercial partnerships
