What We’re Looking For

12+ months recruitment experience within Technology or Data, ideally delivering contract positions

Someone who wants to run a warm 360 contract desk in a high-demand, fast-moving data market (Data Engineering, Data Science, Analytics, BI, ML Ops, etc.)

Ambitious, motivated consultants who want to work in a high-energy team with a strong reputation across the data community

What You’ll Do

Source mid–senior contract Data specialists through networking, LinkedIn, targeted outreach, events and referrals

Manage end-to-end contract recruitment cycles, qualification, interviews, onboarding, extension management, rate negotiations

Drive active business development within the Data market: attending/organising networking events, market mapping, providing insights, and building long-term client partnerships

Grow your niche specialism with the support and resources of an established global brand
