What We’re Looking For

At least 12+ months of Technology recruitment experience, ideally within Microsoft / Dynamics / ERP / CRM or a similar niche

Someone who wants to run a warm 360 perm desk with huge demand and consistent roles

A recruiter who can confidently work with partners, end users, consultancies, and large enterprise clients

Someone with the drive to grow a vertical such as:

D365 F&O / Finance

Power Platform
-
ERP / CRM specialists

What You’ll Do

Build and expand your own niche within the Permanent Dynamics market

Proactively develop and manage relationships with Microsoft Partners, end users, and enterprise clients

Source, interview, and manage relationships with permanent D365 & Power Platform talent

Manage full recruitment cycles - qualification, interview management, offer negotiation, and onboarding

Attend Dynamics events, engage in community activity, and build your personal market presence
