The Role
As a Senior Technology Recruiter, you'll focus on permanent hiring across the Insurance market, partnering with multinational insurers, regional carriers, brokers, reinsurers, and emerging insurtech businesses.

- Software Engineering

- Cloud & Infrastructure

Key Responsibilities
- Build and grow a specialist Insurance Technology recruitment desk
- Develop and strengthen relationships with existing insurance clients
- Win new business opportunities and expand market share
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from business development through to placement
- Provide consultative hiring advice and market insights to clients
- Build and engage high-quality technology talent networks
- Partner with colleagues across the wider Financial Services and Technology teams to maximise opportunities
- Establish yourself as a recognised specialist within the Insurance Technology market
What We're Looking For
We are interested in speaking with recruiters who combine commercial drive with a consultative approach.
You'll likely have:
- Proven experience in agency recruitment with a successful billing track record
- Experience recruiting within Technology, Insurance, Financial Services, or another specialist market
- Strong client-facing and business development capabilities
- The ability to build trusted, long-term relationships
- A growth mindset and desire to develop a market-leading desk
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
