What does a Senior Recruitment consultant do?
- Take responsibility as an inspirational role model within the company, supporting the development of team members.
- Leading by example through personal sales performance and high-quality service.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, sourcing for suitable talent on the market, preparing candidates for interview through to offer stage.
- Proactively network by attending or managing industry events and organise face-to-face meetings.
- Own responsibility as a market specialist, making valuable relationships with clients and candidates and assessing their potential needs.
- Championing the Gravitas values; Respect, Integrity, Passion and Excellence.
- Lead as brand champion, promoting Gravitas positively through all interaction.
- Generate vacancies and future business opportunities through business development.

As a senior-level consultant, you will show a commitment to self-development, ambition and an ability to independently own your market specialism. Our career path enables you to develop into one of two career paths; a leadership route or billing route.
